What is hospice care?
Hospice care is a multi-faceted program for patients with life-limiting illnesses. As a provider of hospice care in Lake Forest, California, our interdisciplinary team will create a personalized care plan in order to meet each patient’s unique physical, emotional, social, psychological, and spiritual needs. These services include routine home care support, counseling, and respite services.
